Vintage fashion shoot in Edinburgh for Barnardos! :D
“THE DREAM PROJECT” First Day on Shoot. 24th October 2011.
This was our first Test Shoot for “The Dream Project” with our first participant Bayan Soujeri, who studies Medicine at the University of Dundee. Bayan spoke to us about his recurring dream and we filmed him from different perspectives, and also sleeping in a double bed, which was constructed on set. More photos to follow soon…. :D
I was plying around with a Canon 30d, which i borrowed from my uni. It was a very quiet saturday afternoon, so i played my bass guitar and took some photographs. I tried to play around with shutter speed and aperture and this is what i got out of it! :D
“The Hilltown Community”- Interactive Project (work in progress)
I am currently developing a web art project based around the remianing community of Derby Street blocks in northern area of Dundee, Scotland.
Derby Street blocks are set of two high rise buildings, comprising of over 300 dwellings in total, which of only 16 are still occupied. The project is set to research and document remaining tenants, by photographing, filming and voice recording them. I would like to find out what they think about demolition, which is set to take place in May, and listen to their stories.
Project is set to be completed by end of May
